I learned how the original twelve Disney animation principles can be applied to modern motion design to create more natural, meaningful, and human-centered interactions. Principles like anticipation, staging, timing, and squash & stretch aren’t only for cartoons — they help interfaces feel intuitive, smooth, and emotionally engaging.

By applying these ideas in UI animations, motion becomes a functional layer rather than decoration. It guides attention, communicates system intent, and supports usability through rhythm and clarity.
