Ethical Research in Experience Design

I learned how ethical research goes beyond consent — it includes protecting privacy, avoiding bias, respecting vulnerability, and ensuring participants understand how their input will be used. It’s not just about gathering insights, but doing so in a way that values people over data.

This taught me to design research setups that are inclusive, safe, and honest, while also reflecting critically on my own assumptions and potential influence throughout the process.
